Level 54 - Red Handle, Gauges, Light Sequence, Color Discs, and Gear Power Unit
Level 54
Video Walkthrough
Objective
Open the pyramid vault by collecting the red handle, assembling missing gears and the gauge, solving the light-sequence and color-matching disc puzzles, powering the back mechanism with the correct gears and symbol alignment to obtain the key handle, and using it on the bottom mechanism to fully open the device and claim the artifact.
Step-by-Step Solution
- Examine the pyramid-shaped device and rotate it to inspect each face
- Find the patterned panel and tap the correct area to unlock it
- Collect the red Handle from the opened panel
- Search the sides of the pyramid for missing mechanical parts
- Collect the missing Gear pieces
- Collect the missing Gauge/Dial component
- Install the gear and gauge parts into their slots on the pyramid side
- Observe the gauge needles and note where they point
- Use the needle positions as the clue for the nearby light-sequence puzzle
- Solve the light-sequence puzzle by entering the correct order based on the gauge readings
- After the light puzzle, move to another panel with rotating circular discs
- Rotate the discs to match colors correctly
- When the colors match, a hidden mechanical section unlocks
- Continue exploring the pyramid and collect additional gears of different sizes/types
- Turn to the back of the pyramid and open the power unit
- Place the collected gears into the back power mechanism
- Adjust the gear placements and positions to match the required symbols
- When the symbols are matched, collect the key handle (a special key-shaped handle)
- Go to the bottom mechanism of the pyramid
- Use the key handle to rotate the bottom control
- This triggers the final opening sequence and the pyramid fully unfolds
- Collect the Respiration Coral artifact
- A short dialogue plays between Vega and Nathan about the coral’s possible use
- The level ends with success, coin rewards, and new story background unlocked
đź’ˇ Tips & Tricks
- Rotate the pyramid often—parts and puzzle panels are distributed around multiple faces
- After you install the gauge, read the needle directions carefully before attempting the light sequence
- If the light sequence fails, re-check the gauge needles; one small misread can change the order
- For the color discs, focus on matching the overall color arrangement rather than spinning randomly
- Keep collecting every gear you find—later power-unit steps typically require several different gears
- When matching symbols in the power unit, adjust one gear position at a time and confirm changes
- Don’t forget the final step: the key handle is used on the bottom mechanism, not on the side panels
⚠️ Common Mistakes
- Missing the patterned panel that gives the red handle at the start
- Installing only part of the gauge/gear set and trying to solve puzzles too early
- Reading the gauge needle positions incorrectly and entering the wrong light sequence
- Spinning the color discs without aiming for a consistent matching pattern
- Not collecting all the gears needed before trying the back power unit
- Moving multiple gears at once in the power unit and losing track of what changed
- Getting the key handle but using it on the wrong slot (it belongs to the bottom mechanism)
Additional Notes
Level 54 centers on a pyramid-shaped machine with chained mechanical puzzles. You’ll assemble missing parts, use gauge readings as a clue, match colors on rotating discs, build and align a gear power unit by symbols, and finish by using a key handle on the base to reveal the artifact.
What You'll Learn
- Panel Unlocking: Opening a patterned panel to obtain an important tool (red handle)
- Part Installation: Collecting and installing missing gears and a gauge component
- Gauge-to-Sequence Logic: Using needle directions as a clue for a light-sequence puzzle
- Color Disc Matching: Rotating discs to match colors and unlock hidden mechanisms
- Gear Power Unit: Placing multiple gears into a back mechanism and aligning them by symbols
- Final Handle Use: Using a key handle on the bottom mechanism to trigger the final transformation
Core Mechanics Introduced
- Chained Unlocks: Each solved panel reveals parts needed for the next puzzle
- Observation-driven Inputs: Reading physical indicators (gauge needles) to determine puzzle order
- Mechanical Interlocks: Correct gear placement and symbol alignment gates progression
- Single-control Iteration: Adjusting one gear/disc at a time to avoid losing the solution path
Difficulty
Medium to Hard - This level combines multiple linked mechanics (assembly, sequence logic, color matching, and gear alignment). Most players can solve it in 14-20 minutes.
Estimated Completion Time
14-20 minutes for first-time players, 9-13 minutes once you know where each part and panel is.
