Level 16 - Bar Graph and Connect the Dots

Level 16

Video Walkthrough

Objective

Open the vault by solving the bar graph puzzle to get a battery, completing the connect the dots puzzle to get a button, solving the buttons puzzle to get another battery, placing batteries to activate panels, entering a number code, and activating the correct lights in the grid.

Step-by-Step Solution

  1. Turn to the right side of the safe to see a panel with a bar graph
  2. View the bar graph panel on the right side
  3. You can tap each of the green bars to raise or lower it
  4. Set all of the green bars to match the positions of the blue lines
  5. When all green bars match the blue line positions, a flap opens on the back of the safe
  6. Collect a Battery from the opened flap on the back
  7. Turn to the back of the safe and look for a panel with dots
  8. View the panel with dots on the back - this is a connect the dots puzzle
  9. Starting from the green circle on the top right, tap on an adjacent dot to connect it
  10. You must connect every dot on the board without repeating any dot
  11. Finish the connection on the final red circle
  12. When the connect the dots puzzle is completed correctly, another panel opens
  13. Collect a Button from the opened panel
  14. Notice the clue inside the opened panel and remember it
  15. Turn to the left side of the safe to see four more buttons
  16. Add the Button you collected to the slot on the right side of the left panel
  17. Now you have five buttons total on the left side
  18. Tap the five buttons in the correct order
  19. You need to tap them in the order of the number of lines on each button
  20. Start in the center with the button that has 1 line
  21. Continue tapping buttons in order based on the number of lines each has
  22. Once all buttons are tapped in the correct order, you can collect another Battery
  23. Look on top of the safe - there is a round cover
  24. Rotate the circle with the dark line to open the cover
  25. Inside the opened cover you will see a clue - note this for later
  26. Turn to the front of the safe
  27. On the left and right sides of the front, there are two circles
  28. View each of these circles and tap to open the covers
  29. Place a Battery in each of the two circles (left and right)
  30. This activates two panels on the front of the safe
  31. View the top panel that was activated
  32. Enter a number code here by tapping on the lines to activate them and form the numbers
  33. The code is found in a clue on the back of the safe
  34. Enter the correct number code in the top panel
  35. Then look at the bottom panel that was activated
  36. This is a grid of nine lights
  37. Tap the lights to turn them on
  38. You need to select the correct lights based on the clue
  39. The clue for the light grid is on top of the safe (from the round cover you opened earlier)
  40. Activate the correct lights in the grid according to the clue
  41. Now view the handle in the center of the safe
  42. Turn the handle to open the safe
  43. Collect the Book of Laws and Rules artifact to complete Level 16

💡 Tips & Tricks

  • For the bar graph puzzle, carefully compare each green bar position with its corresponding blue line
  • Each green bar can be raised or lowered by tapping it - adjust them one by one
  • For the connect the dots puzzle, plan your path before starting to ensure you connect all dots
  • You cannot repeat any dot in the connect the dots puzzle - each dot must be used exactly once
  • The connect the dots puzzle must start at the green circle and end at the red circle
  • For the buttons puzzle, count the lines on each button carefully to determine the order
  • The buttons must be tapped in order from 1 line to the highest number of lines
  • Make sure to note the clue inside the panel after completing the connect the dots puzzle
  • The number code clue is on the back of the safe - check there if you're stuck
  • The light grid clue is on top of the safe - make sure you opened the round cover to see it
  • Both batteries must be placed in the front circles before the panels will activate

⚠️ Common Mistakes

  • Not matching the green bars exactly to the blue line positions in the bar graph puzzle
  • Repeating dots in the connect the dots puzzle - each dot can only be used once
  • Not connecting all dots in the connect the dots puzzle before reaching the red circle
  • Starting the connect the dots puzzle from the wrong location - it must start at the green circle
  • Tapping the buttons in wrong order - they must be tapped by number of lines, starting with 1
  • Not counting the lines on each button correctly
  • Forgetting to collect the Button after completing the connect the dots puzzle
  • Not noticing the clue inside the panel after collecting the Button
  • Placing only one battery instead of both batteries in the front circles
  • Trying to use the panels before placing both batteries
  • Entering the wrong number code - double check the clue on the back
  • Not opening the round cover on top to see the light grid clue
  • Activating wrong lights in the grid - carefully match the clue from the top cover
  • Forgetting to turn the handle in the center after completing all puzzles

Additional Notes

Level 16 introduces bar graph matching, path-finding puzzles, sequential button pressing, and multi-panel activation that requires careful observation and systematic problem solving.

What You'll Learn

  • Bar Graph Matching: Adjusting bar positions to match target lines
  • Path-Finding Puzzles: Connecting dots in a specific pattern without repetition
  • Sequential Button Pressing: Pressing buttons in order based on visual clues
  • Multi-Panel Activation: Using batteries to activate multiple panels simultaneously
  • Number Code Entry: Entering codes by activating line segments to form numbers
  • Light Grid Puzzles: Selecting correct lights based on pattern clues

Core Mechanics Introduced

  • Bar Adjustment System: Tapping bars to raise or lower them to match target positions
  • Connect the Dots: Creating a path that visits every dot exactly once
  • Line Counting: Counting visual elements (lines) to determine sequence order
  • Battery Placement: Using collected batteries to power multiple mechanisms
  • Line Segment Number Entry: Activating line segments to form numerical digits
  • Pattern-Based Light Selection: Using visual clues to determine which lights to activate
  • Handle Mechanism: Final step of turning a handle to unlock the safe

Difficulty

Medium - This level requires careful observation, pattern recognition, and sequential problem solving. The bar graph requires precision, the connect the dots requires planning, and the button sequence requires counting. Most players can solve it in 7-10 minutes.

Estimated Completion Time

7-10 minutes for first-time players, 4-6 minutes once you understand all the mechanics and patterns.
