Level 35 - Gears, Cards, and Fuses Puzzle
Level 35
Video Walkthrough
Objective
Unlock the vault by solving the gears puzzle to collect cards, completing the display puzzle to collect fuses, using the handle to get the green card, solving the fuses puzzle based on gear letter clues, and using the fingerprint scanner.
Step-by-Step Solution
- Turn to the left side of the safe to view the gears puzzle
- Examine the four large gears, each with an arrow on it
- Notice the smaller gears that can connect the large ones together - these can be moved in and out
- Tap the large gears to rotate them so that all arrows point toward the center
- Move the smaller gears in and out as needed to allow the large gears to connect and rotate properly
- Continue rotating the large gears until all four arrows point to the center
- Once the gears puzzle is solved, collect the Blue Card that appears
- Turn to the front of the safe and locate the card reader on the left side
- Use the Blue Card on the card reader
- This activates a display on the right side of the safe - view this display
- Examine the display which shows a number of lines spaced out and a circle at the bottom
- Use the left and right arrows to move the line above the circle until it is centered above the circle
- Once the line is centered, use the Up arrow to move the circle up one position
- Continue moving the circle up using the Up arrow until it reaches the top line
- When the circle reaches the top line, a panel will open on the other side of the safe
- Collect the Fuses from the opened panel
- Turn to the right side of the safe again and look under the display
- Find the yellow button located under the display
- Press the yellow button to open another small panel
- Collect the Handle from the opened panel
- Turn to the top of the safe and view the larger circle
- Add the Handle to the larger circle on top
- Rotate the circle with the handle attached
- Continue rotating until you can collect a Green Card
- Turn to the front of the safe and locate the card reader on the right side
- Use the Green Card on the right side card reader
- This opens up a cover on the back of the safe, revealing a grid of sockets
- Add the Fuses to the grid sockets to start the fuses puzzle
- Turn to the top of the safe again and view the four gears that have letters arranged around them
- Notice there are two gears with blue arrows and two gears with green arrows
- Observe the letters 'MADE' written next to the gears
- Use the gear letter clues to determine the correct fuse positions
- Move the fuses to various positions in the grid to activate the lights based on the gear letter pattern
- Once the fuses puzzle is solved correctly, collect the Fingerprint that appears
- Turn to the front of the safe and view the fingerprint scanner
- Use the Fingerprint on the fingerprint scanner to unlock and open the vault
- Collect the artifact to complete Level 35
💡 Tips & Tricks
- For the gears puzzle, rotate each large gear individually - the arrows must all point to the center
- The smaller gears can be moved in and out to connect different large gears - adjust them as needed
- When solving the display puzzle, make sure the line is perfectly centered above the circle before moving the circle up
- The circle must reach the very top line to trigger the panel opening - keep using the Up arrow
- The yellow button under the display is easy to miss - look carefully below the display area
- When rotating the circle on top with the handle, rotate it fully to reveal the green card
- The gear letters 'MADE' are crucial for solving the fuses puzzle - study the pattern carefully
- Pay attention to which gears have blue arrows versus green arrows - this relates to fuse positioning
- The fuses need to be positioned to match the letter pattern from the gears
- Make sure to collect all items (blue card, fuses, handle, green card, fingerprint) before attempting to use them
⚠️ Common Mistakes
- Not rotating all four large gears so their arrows point to the center - all must point inward
- Forgetting to move the smaller gears in and out to connect the large gears properly
- Not centering the line above the circle before trying to move the circle up in the display puzzle
- Not moving the circle all the way to the top line - it must reach the very top
- Missing the yellow button under the display - it's located below the display area
- Not rotating the circle on top enough to reveal the green card
- Not paying attention to the gear letter clues - the 'MADE' pattern is essential for the fuses puzzle
- Ignoring the blue and green arrow colors on the gears - these indicate fuse positioning
- Placing fuses incorrectly without referencing the gear letter pattern
- Trying to use the fingerprint scanner before collecting the fingerprint from the fuses puzzle
Additional Notes
