Objective

Unlock the vault by solving maze and puzzle boxes, collecting four rhombus pieces, using wand to reveal code, solving octopus tile puzzle, matching tentacle positions on back to front, placing rhombus and eye, and using tentacle handle.

Step-by-Step Solution

  1. Look at the front of the safe and notice the small socket on the left for a handle
  2. Notice the position of the six tentacles on the front - you will need to copy this later
  3. Look at the bottom left foot of the safe
  4. Tap the bottom left foot to open the circular cover
  5. Collect the Maze Box from the opened cover
  6. Open your inventory and view the Maze Box
  7. Drag the ball in the center around the maze until you reach the top center
  8. Once the ball reaches the top center, collect the Knob that appears
  9. Turn to the left side of the safe and look at the small hatch at the top
  10. Open the small hatch at the top of the left side
  11. Collect the Puzzle Box from the opened hatch
  12. Open your inventory and view the Puzzle Box
  13. Examine the puzzle - there is a token at the bottom that must reach the green square on the top left
  14. Use the controls to move the token
  15. The Middle button moves the token forward one square in the direction it is facing
  16. The Right button turns the token 90 degrees to the right and then moves it forward one square
  17. The Left button resets the token to the start
  18. You cannot move the token to a square with a rock in it
  19. Navigate the token to the green square on the top left
  20. Once the token reaches the green square, the box opens
  21. Collect the Handle from the opened puzzle box
  22. Turn to the back of the safe - it looks similar to the front but has no socket on the left
  23. Look at the bottom right foot on the back
  24. Open the circular cover on the bottom right foot
  25. Lift the catch to open a door
  26. Collect the first Rhombus piece (1 of 4)
  27. Look at the bottom left foot on the back
  28. Open the circular cover on the bottom left foot
  29. Find the socket for the handle inside
  30. Place the Handle in the socket
  31. Open the drawer that becomes accessible
  32. Collect the Bolt with Nut from the drawer
  33. Open your inventory and view the Bolt with Nut
  34. Tap the Bolt with Nut in inventory to unscrew the nut
  35. Collect the Wand from inside the bolt
  36. Turn to the back of the safe and look at the top center
  37. Locate the circle with four quadrants
  38. Tap the circle to open it
  39. Place the Knob in the center of the circle
  40. The knob will turn - collect the second Rhombus piece (2 of 4) that appears
  41. Turn to the right side of the safe
  42. Locate the large pair of doors in the center
  43. Open the large pair of doors
  44. View the grill inside - there is a hole on the right
  45. Place the Wand into the hole on the right of the grill
  46. Move the wand up and down to reveal numbers
  47. Note the four numbers revealed - this is the code clue (numbers from top to bottom)
  48. Turn to the top of the safe and locate the panel
  49. Move the sliders at the bottom to move away the bottom part of the panel
  50. Move the slider at the top and open the rest of the panel
  51. Press the button to open the panel
  52. You will see a dial with numbers
  53. Enter the code using the numbers from the grill clue (top to bottom)
  54. Tap a number and rotate the dial to the top arrow to enter it
  55. Repeat for all four numbers
  56. After entering the correct code, collect the third Rhombus piece (3 of 4)
  57. Look at the upper part of the top of the safe - there is a small wheel
  58. Turn the wheel to open the doors on the right
  59. Collect the Tile from the opened compartment
  60. Turn to the left side of the safe
  61. Locate the set of double doors
  62. Open the double doors to find a picture of an Octopus
  63. Examine the octopus picture - there is an empty circle spot
  64. Place the Tile into the empty circle spot on the picture
  65. Tap pairs of the circle tiles to swap their positions
  66. Continue swapping until the picture is fixed correctly
  67. Once the octopus picture is correct, collect the fourth Rhombus piece (4 of 4)
  68. Turn to the front of the safe and study the arrangement and position of the six tentacles
  69. Remember or note the exact positions of all six tentacles
  70. Turn to the back of the safe
  71. Notice there are also six tentacles on the back
  72. Move the tentacles around on the back (in pairs) to copy the same positions as on the front
  73. Match each tentacle position on the back to match the front arrangement
  74. Once the tentacle positions are correct, a slot will open in the center
  75. Add the complete Rhombus (all four pieces combined) to the slot
  76. Collect the Eye that appears
  77. Turn to the front of the safe
  78. Place the Eye in the center of the front panel
  79. A small hatch will open on the right side of the safe
  80. Collect the Tentacle Handle from the opened hatch
  81. Turn to the front of the safe
  82. Place the Tentacle Handle on the left socket
  83. Once the handle is placed, the safe door will open
  84. Collect the Viruses in Closed Test tubes artifact to complete Level 41

💡 Tips & Tricks

  • Remember the tentacle positions on the front - you must copy them exactly on the back
  • In the maze box, take your time dragging the ball - the path to the top center may have turns
  • For the puzzle box, the right button both turns and moves - plan your path around the rocks
  • The left button resets the puzzle box token if you get stuck
  • The wand reveals the code when moved up and down in the grill - note all four numbers in order
  • Enter the dial code in the same order as the numbers from the grill (top to bottom)
  • For the octopus puzzle, swap tile pairs systematically to restore the picture
  • Move tentacles in pairs on the back to match the front - compare frequently
  • You need all four rhombus pieces before you can place the complete rhombus in the slot
  • Collect the tentacle handle from the right side hatch after placing the eye

  • Not noticing the tentacle positions on the front before trying the back puzzle
  • Not dragging the maze ball all the way to the top center
  • Moving the puzzle box token onto a square with a rock
