Level 41
Video Walkthrough
Objective
Unlock the vault by solving maze and puzzle boxes, collecting four rhombus pieces, using wand to reveal code, solving octopus tile puzzle, matching tentacle positions on back to front, placing rhombus and eye, and using tentacle handle.
Step-by-Step Solution
- Look at the front of the safe and notice the small socket on the left for a handle
- Notice the position of the six tentacles on the front - you will need to copy this later
- Look at the bottom left foot of the safe
- Tap the bottom left foot to open the circular cover
- Collect the Maze Box from the opened cover
- Open your inventory and view the Maze Box
- Drag the ball in the center around the maze until you reach the top center
- Once the ball reaches the top center, collect the Knob that appears
- Turn to the left side of the safe and look at the small hatch at the top
- Open the small hatch at the top of the left side
- Collect the Puzzle Box from the opened hatch
- Open your inventory and view the Puzzle Box
- Examine the puzzle - there is a token at the bottom that must reach the green square on the top left
- Use the controls to move the token
- The Middle button moves the token forward one square in the direction it is facing
- The Right button turns the token 90 degrees to the right and then moves it forward one square
- The Left button resets the token to the start
- You cannot move the token to a square with a rock in it
- Navigate the token to the green square on the top left
- Once the token reaches the green square, the box opens
- Collect the Handle from the opened puzzle box
- Turn to the back of the safe - it looks similar to the front but has no socket on the left
- Look at the bottom right foot on the back
- Open the circular cover on the bottom right foot
- Lift the catch to open a door
- Collect the first Rhombus piece (1 of 4)
- Look at the bottom left foot on the back
- Open the circular cover on the bottom left foot
- Find the socket for the handle inside
- Place the Handle in the socket
- Open the drawer that becomes accessible
- Collect the Bolt with Nut from the drawer
- Open your inventory and view the Bolt with Nut
- Tap the Bolt with Nut in inventory to unscrew the nut
- Collect the Wand from inside the bolt
- Turn to the back of the safe and look at the top center
- Locate the circle with four quadrants
- Tap the circle to open it
- Place the Knob in the center of the circle
- The knob will turn - collect the second Rhombus piece (2 of 4) that appears
- Turn to the right side of the safe
- Locate the large pair of doors in the center
- Open the large pair of doors
- View the grill inside - there is a hole on the right
- Place the Wand into the hole on the right of the grill
- Move the wand up and down to reveal numbers
- Note the four numbers revealed - this is the code clue (numbers from top to bottom)
- Turn to the top of the safe and locate the panel
- Move the sliders at the bottom to move away the bottom part of the panel
- Move the slider at the top and open the rest of the panel
- Press the button to open the panel
- You will see a dial with numbers
- Enter the code using the numbers from the grill clue (top to bottom)
- Tap a number and rotate the dial to the top arrow to enter it
- Repeat for all four numbers
- After entering the correct code, collect the third Rhombus piece (3 of 4)
- Look at the upper part of the top of the safe - there is a small wheel
- Turn the wheel to open the doors on the right
- Collect the Tile from the opened compartment
- Turn to the left side of the safe
- Locate the set of double doors
- Open the double doors to find a picture of an Octopus
- Examine the octopus picture - there is an empty circle spot
- Place the Tile into the empty circle spot on the picture
- Tap pairs of the circle tiles to swap their positions
- Continue swapping until the picture is fixed correctly
- Once the octopus picture is correct, collect the fourth Rhombus piece (4 of 4)
- Turn to the front of the safe and study the arrangement and position of the six tentacles
- Remember or note the exact positions of all six tentacles
- Turn to the back of the safe
- Notice there are also six tentacles on the back
- Move the tentacles around on the back (in pairs) to copy the same positions as on the front
- Match each tentacle position on the back to match the front arrangement
- Once the tentacle positions are correct, a slot will open in the center
- Add the complete Rhombus (all four pieces combined) to the slot
- Collect the Eye that appears
- Turn to the front of the safe
- Place the Eye in the center of the front panel
- A small hatch will open on the right side of the safe
- Collect the Tentacle Handle from the opened hatch
- Turn to the front of the safe
- Place the Tentacle Handle on the left socket
- Once the handle is placed, the safe door will open
- Collect the Viruses in Closed Test tubes artifact to complete Level 41
💡 Tips & Tricks
- Remember the tentacle positions on the front - you must copy them exactly on the back
- In the maze box, take your time dragging the ball - the path to the top center may have turns
- For the puzzle box, the right button both turns and moves - plan your path around the rocks
- The left button resets the puzzle box token if you get stuck
- The wand reveals the code when moved up and down in the grill - note all four numbers in order
- Enter the dial code in the same order as the numbers from the grill (top to bottom)
- For the octopus puzzle, swap tile pairs systematically to restore the picture
- Move tentacles in pairs on the back to match the front - compare frequently
- You need all four rhombus pieces before you can place the complete rhombus in the slot
- Collect the tentacle handle from the right side hatch after placing the eye
⚠️ Common Mistakes
- Not noticing the tentacle positions on the front before trying the back puzzle
- Not dragging the maze ball all the way to the top center
- Moving the puzzle box token onto a square with a rock
- Forgetting that the right button both turns and moves in the puzzle box
- Not placing the handle in the back bottom left socket before opening the drawer
- Not unscrewing the nut from the bolt in inventory to get the wand
- Not writing down the four numbers from the grill before entering the dial code
- Entering the dial code in wrong order - use top to bottom from the grill
- Not turning the small wheel on top to get the tile
- Not placing the tile in the octopus picture before trying to swap
- Not matching tentacle positions exactly - they must mirror the front
- Trying to add the rhombus before collecting all four pieces
- Forgetting to collect the tentacle handle from the right hatch after placing the eye
- Trying to place the handle on the left before getting the tentacle handle
